Zepp, a global wearables and health tech company, was in the process of developing a new line of direct-to-consumer hearing aids. We worked alongside UX, design, market research, and product teams in the US and China to define an elevated, differentiated brand for the launch of this essential new product in the US market.
Our key goal was to attract a newer, broader audience while fulfilling Zepp's mission to destigmatize hearing aids and empower people to take control of their well-being. The brand positions Zepp Clarity as a sophisticated health-tech wearable, rather than a clunky medical product of the past. The name Clarity expresses both the benefit to the wearer as well as the smart design of the product and the app.
This project was done in partnership with Noise 13 and Propelland.
