Health tech startup SAIVA AI struggled to tell its story to audiences with varied, and even conflicting, incentives such as skilled nursing facilities paid by reimbursements, payers looking to reduce costs, and overworked nurses concerned about introducing new tech. Through deep dive interviews and market research, we developed a core positioning that kept the patient in focus while speaking to the needs of all key audiences. The leadership team aligned on the new positioning and began using it immediately in communications.
