J.D. Power, a leading market research company, was looking to shift market perceptions of their brand, from a voice-of-the-consumer awards company to a data and analytics company. Our assignment was to develop the company's first unified brand positioning and messaging platforms, which needed to tell the company's evolving story while demonstrating their value across industries and business units.
The new brand promise that we developed, Truth that Transforms, speaks to the company's unique, unbiased data that has the power to transform entire industries. After the positioning was approved, we developed a voice and messaging guide to help communicate the positioning across B2B and B2C audiences.
